Musexpo Announces Nominees For International Music Industry Awards

Musexpo 'International Music Industry Awards'

The 2nd annual INTERNATIONAL MUSIC INDUSTRY AWARDS, presented in partnership with PEPSI, are set to take place at the MUSEXPO on APRIL 29th at the HOLLYWOOD ROOSEVELT HOTEL in LOS ANGELES.

Thousands of global music industry citizens have cast votes for their nominations for the most inspiring, visionary and best in class for various sectors of the international music industry. The top-four nominations from each category are listed below and voting is now open for the industry to choose who they feel is most deserving of the “INTERNATIONAL MUSIC INDUSTRY AWARD” from each of the categories listed. The final voting period closes at 12p (PST) on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 23rd. The voting form can be accessed by clicking here.

The selected recipient from each category will be announced at the formal gala dinner.

As a highlight of the ceremony, a key member of PEPSI’s global marketing team will also be presenting the second highly coveted PEPSI “MUSIC ACCELERATOR AWARD” to one emerging act who has exhibited creative ways to engage their global audience through marketing, touring and social engagement. This AWARD will seek to recognize artists that have not only achieved commercial success in their home territory, but have also shown a fresh, exciting and innovative “act local, think global” approach to their artistic development internationally.
