Sony Integrates Spotify In PlayStation Network

SONY NETWORK ENTERTAINMENT INTERNATIONAL LLC (SNEI) and SPOTIFY have announced a global strategic partnership to deliver the latter's streaming service through the PLAYSTATION NETWORK and its 64 million active users. The new music destination, called PlayStation Music, rolls out in Spring 2015 in 41 markets, initially for PlayStation® consoles and Xperia™ smartphones and tablets.
Concurrently, SNEI's current Music Unlimited service will close in all 19 countries on MARCH 29th Nearly all of these countries will be among the 41 markets where PlayStation Music will featuring SPOTIFY.
