The Local Radio Freedom Act, the bill that would block the imposition of performance royalties on radio stations, has three more co-sponsors in the Senate.
Sens. TOM COTTON (R-AR), MIKE ENZI (R-WY), and TOM UDALL (D-NM) have attached themselves as co-sponsors of Senate bill S. Con. Res. 4, introduced last week by Sens. JOHN BARRASSO (R-WY) and HEIDI HEITKAMP (D-ND). The bill is a re-introduction of the bill that failed to make it past the Senate last year.
