Jay Philpott Is Moving South

CUMULUS Classic Rock WNNX (ROCK 100.5)/ATLANTA has hired JAY PHILPOTT as APD/afternoon drive replacing AXEL LOWE, who became PD for CUMULUS Active Rock WFTK/CINCINNATI back in DECEMBER (NET NEWS 12/2/14).

PHILPOTT is moving to his new post from SHAMROCK Classic Rock WZBA (100.7 THE BAY)/BALTIMORE, where he also served as APD/afternoon drive. PHILPOTT has worked in a variety of station formats but mostly Rock and Classic Rock in cities such as MINNEAPOLIS, SEATTLE, DALLAS, NORFOLK, MILWAUKEE and ST. LOUIS.

PHILPOTT will begin rocking at WNNX on MARCH 30th.
