Three Radio Reporters Awarded European Energy and Climate Media Fellowships

The TRANSATLANTIC ENERGY AND CLIMATE NETWORK's 2015 Energy and Climate Media Fellowships have been awarded to three American journalists who will research and report stories from EUROPE about that continent's different approaches to energy and climate policy and how they might apply to the U.S.
The three winners are VIRGINIA PUBLIC RADIO CHARLOTTESVILLE Bureau Chief SANDY HAUSMAN, who will report on offshore wind and wave power; WYOMING PUBLIC RADIO reporter STEPHANIE JOYCE, reporting from DENMARK on grid reliability; and WFPL/LOUISVILLE Environment Reporter ERICA PETERSON, looking at how GERMANY balances coal production and renewable energy and how that might be applicable to KENTUCKY's situation.
