WSOU Thanks God For Monday

In conjunction with APRIL being Stress Awareness Month, SETON HALL UNIVERSITY Rock WSOU (89.5 FM)/NEW YORK-NEW JERSEY will debut “Thank God For MONDAY,” which offers a series of conversations about managing workplace stress. The series focuses on practical advice for dealing with stressful and frustrating work and school situations.
Guests on “Thank God For MONDAY,” which airs SATURDAY mornings at 8:30a, include:
• APRIL 4th: CARDINAL STRITCH UNIV. counselor MARY BETH WISNIEWSKI talks about how college students can better recognize and cope with stress
• APRIL 11th: MSNBC producer BRIAN WISOWATY discusses ways recent college graduates can deal with stress on the job and the challenges that come with transitioning to “the real world.”
• APRIL 18th: SETON HALL UNIVERSITY secretary to the Dean of College of Arts & Sciences BRENDA KNIGHT addresses the critical role administrative assistants play in organizations, as well as the stresses that come with the job.
• APRIL 25th: DR. JUDE UY explores how working adults can effectively recognize the causes of their workplace stress and the steps individuals can all take to reduce the amount of on the job stress they encounter.
