NextRadio Launching New Ad Campaign After Significant Initial Success

On the heels of a dramatic boost in NEXTRADIO app downloads from an industry-wide advertising campaign – which just helped it cross the 2 million app download mark -- a second round of spots have been booked for APRIL through the end of JUNE. According to the new TAGSTATION blog post, the new ads “have been refreshed with more options that focus on the benefits of an activated smartphone FM radio – the types of ads that have received the best response.”

Affirmation of the original ad campaign’s success is illustrated in the new data, which found that TAGSTATION's NEXTRADIO app was downloaded more than 2 million times (up 425,000 downloads over previous month). More than 11,450 FM stations were tuned to from the app (up 150 stations), while more than 3,625,000 hours of listening were logged (up 565,000 hours).
