SOUTHERN MEDIA INTERACTIVE, LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for WFNS-A/BLACKSHEAR, GA due to a tower collapse and the decision to rebuild on a new site.

Also, BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP, LLC has returned W245BC/LAUDERDALE LAKES, FL to the air on 96.9 FM as a rebroadcaster of Business/Brokered WSBR-A (MONEYTALK RADIO)/BOCA RATON. The translator covers central BROWARD COUNTY.
The Commission also rejected JACKSONVILLE STATE UNIVERSITY's Petition for Reconsideration of the denial of its Application for Review of the grant of a new noncommercial educational FM at ANNISTON, AL to ANNISTON SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH. The Commission said that JSU's latest petition "merely reiterates the same arguments that were raised in its AFR as well as in its earlier pleadings."
And SEWARD MEDIA PARTNERS, LLC has appealed the denial of its attempt to transfer AC KSEW-A/SEWARD, AK to KENAI EDUCATIONAL MEDIA, INC. for no cash consideration and the expiration of its license. The station's license expired on FEBRUARY 1, 2014 due to failure to file a timely license renewal application, and the FCC declined to waive and defer or abate delinquent regulatory fees for the station, TV translator K17HL, and digital TV translator K06OR-D for 2010-2014 or remove the "red light" sanction on the licensee due to the delinquency.
