Music Industry Veteran Chris Pringle Has Passed

ALL ACCESS was sad to learn that music industry veteran CHRIS PRINGLE passed away on MONDAY JUNE 8th. He was 48. The news of his passing came from his loving wife and business partner, ANITA WILSON-PRINGLE.
He was best known for his promotion work at UPTOWN, COLD CHILLIN, WARNER BROS., QWEST, RCA and SCOTTI BROS. RECORDS.
Several years ago, CHRIS was diagnosed with Type 2 Adult Diabetes and was recently in the final stage of renal failure. After close to a month in the hospital, he suffered cardiac arrest and passed away at LOMA LINDA UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER/LOMA LINDA, CA.
CHRIS was in the business for over 30 years. Some of the notable artists he was instrumental in promoting included JAMES BROWN, MARY J. BLIGE, JODECI, SWV, CHANTAY SAVAGE, and many others. CHRIS also worked on successful marketing projects for DUNK.NET, AND1, COCA-COLA and SPRITE’s famous "Obey Your Thirst" ad campaign. In recent years he was CFO/CM3 MEDIA GROUP INC., a Promotion and Marketing company.
