25th Annual City Of Hope Celebrity Softball Game Raises More Than $200,000

Kudos to the participants of the 25TH ANNUAL CITY OF HOPE CELEBRITY SOFTBALL GAME for raising more than $200,000 for CITY OF HOPE on SATURDAY (6/13). CITY OF HOPE is an independent biomedical research institution and comprehensive cancer center where scientists and physicians quickly transform scientific discoveries into better treatments and prevention strategies for people around the world.
VINCE GILL, AARON WATSON, ANGIE JOHHSON, CHUCK WICKS, BRET MICHAELS, BUCKY COVINGTON, DEANA CARTER, JT HODGES, LAUREN ALAINA, LINDSAY ELL, LOVE AND THEFT, PHIL VASSAR, THE BOBBY BONES SHOW, CHARLES ESTEN, RACHEL SMITH, SETH JONES and STU GRIMSON all participated in the event, being paired in to two teams: TEAM OPRY and TEAM iHEART. In the end, TEAM iHEART took down TEAM OPRY with a 6 to 5 win. Those unable to attend the game can still support the cause. A variety of unique merchandise and experiences, including meet-and-greets with the hottest artists, will be available for bid here.
