WCTR BROADCASTING LLC is selling News-Talk WCTR-A/CHESTERTOWN, MD to BRIAN MOORE's HOMETOWN MULTIMEDIA, LLC for $200,000. The station also broadcasts via FM translator W272BJ/FAIRLEE, MD and W252BR/CHESTERTOWN, MD.
In other filings with the FCC, RICHARD MCLEOD is selling his 66.66% interest in DIAL BROADCASTING INC., licensee of Country WKID (FROGGY 95.9)/VEVAY, IN, to 33.33% partner ADAM GRIFFIN for $105,000. The deal was actually consummated in JANUARY but the parties were unaware that they needed to file it with the FCC.
In a pro forma transaction, CBS RADIO OF SACRAMENTO, INC. is transferring Top 40/Rhythmic KSFM/WOODLAND-SACRAMENTO to CBS INTERACTIVE INC.

CHERRY CREEK RADIO's CCR-LAKE TAHOE IV, LLC has closed on the sale of News-Talk KOWL-A and Hot AC KRLT (93.9 THE LAKE)/SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA to D&H BROADCASTING LLC for $650,000.

The notice says that "While it may not make sense for WSGC to be operated by our company, it is our hope that a local business person will come forward to operate the station."
