iHEARTMEDIA Top 40/Rhythmic KGGI/RIVERSIDE makes some moves with its air staff in both morning and afternoon drive. Veteran KGGI personality ODM moves from afternoons to mornings and joins EVELYN ERIVES for ODM & EVELYN IN THE MORNING. In addition, QUI WEST will join KGGI to host afternoons, effective AUGUST 3rd.
EVELYN ERIVES has been a part of the KGGI family since she was 20 years old. ERIVES is an advocate for children and community programs all across the INLAND EMPIRE. ODM popped on the seen in the early '90s as part of the Latin rap/hip-hop group, LIGHTER SHADE OF BROWN. In 2000, ODM began his radio career at 99.1 KGGI, hosting nights and later making his way to MD and afternoons.
ODM commented, "I'm for the listeners, and love putting smiles on their faces every day. If I can make a difference in someone's life through my experiences, I am grateful. I’m beyond excited to join EVELYN in the mornings."
QUI WEST began his radio journey in 2006 as an intern for a BAY AREA radio station. From there, he became a public affairs host, landed a weekend on-air spot at a major station in SAN FRANCISCO, then worked at KBXX/HOUSTON where he hosted the #1 rated night show in the market for almost four years. Most recently, he was back in SAN FRANCISCO at KRBQ.
iHEARTMEDIA RIVERSIDE Market Pres. MARK THOMAS added, "KGGI is thrilled to have assembled a very talented morning show hosted by ODM and EVELYN that we are sure listeners are going to love. Plus with the addition of QUI WEST in afternoons, KGGI will continue to dominate the INLAND EMPIRE."
