Man Put On Probation For Stalking KCMP/Minneapolis Host Mary Lucia

The man who pled guilty to stalking MINNESOTA PUBLIC RADIO Triple A KCMP (THE CURRENT)/MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL afternoon personality MARY LUCIA was put be on probation for five years and was also ordered to stay at least 10 blocks away from her home or workplace. STARTRIBUNE.COM also reports that PATRICK KELLY, 56, will have to pay more than $9,000 in restitution.
KELLY pleaded guilty in AUGUST to stalking Lucia (NET NEWS 9/1), which included unwanted communications and gifts to Lucia beginning in 2014. LUCIA testified that she could not sleep, could not eat and lost weight, leaving her "feeling powerless."
LUCIA to take a seven-month leave of absence before returning to the airwaves last month (NET NEWS, 11/4).
