WESTBURG BROADCASTING MONTGOMERY, LLC is selling Southern Gospel WBNM-A/ALEXANDER CITY, AL to FRANK LEE PERRYMAN 's MARBLE CITY MEDIA, LLC for $10,000 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing. WESTBURG closed on its acquisition of WBNM from PAT JARRELL for $30,000 in DECEMBER.
In other filings with the FCC, PEDRO ZAMORA has filed for a Silent STA for WDTW-A/DEARBORN-DETROIT, MI, telling the FCC that the station, acquired from iHEARTMEDIA and mostly silent except for brief, temporary returns since early 2013, "has completed final construction and is beginning the tuneup of the directional arrays. We request silent authority to complete final tuning and proof of performance, and construction of main studios. it is anticipated that operations will be complete and application for license with program test authority will be filed in early FEBRUARY."
BRUNSWICK COUNTY BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of Gospel WHLQ/LAWRENCEVILLE, VA to RONNIE D. JOYNER MINISTRIES, INC. for $149,000.

And CHARLES E. CRAWFORD has closed on the sale of the construction permit for a new FM at CHRISTOVAL, TX to FOUR R BROADCASTING, INC. for $60,000. The station was acquired by CRAWFORD in FCC FM Auction 94.
