ENTERCOM COMMUNICATIONS Alternative KBZT (FM 94/9)/SAN DIEGO will hold the annual ‘Can Diego’ food drive THURSDAY, JANUARY 21st and FRIDAY, JANUARY 22nd at ON THE BORDER MEXICAN GRILL & CANTINA in MISSION VALLEY, benefiting the SAN DIEGO FOOD BANK.
“It’s that time again SAN DIEGO,” CANTORE+WOODS morning show co-host STEVE WOODS said. "Just because the holidays are over, doesn’t mean the need ends. We know we can count on you to help fellow San Diegans. We love you.”
FM 94/9 will broadcast the CANTORE+WOODS show live from 5:30-10a both days, while encouraging donations of non-perishable food items throughout the day and night at ON THE BORDER at 1770 Camino De La Reina.
“FM 94/9 is about the music, but we’re also about SAN DIEGO,” ENTERCOM/SAN DIEGO Operations Dir. and KBZT PD KEVIN CALLAHAN said. “We are a part of this community, and we want to do whatever we can to give back. We look forward to seeing everyone at Can Diego.”
