Compass Media Networks, Learfield Extend Pact For College Football, Men's Basketball

COMPASS MEDIA NETWORKS and LEARFIELD have agreed to a multi-year extension of their deal that gives COMPASS first right of refusal to broadcast nationally any LEARFIELD home college football and men's basketball games as well as retaining the exclusive national audio rights for the BIG TEN football championship and men's basketball tournament. COMPASS also plans to broadcast expanded coverage of regular-season men's basketball and football games. The two companies have partnered in the deal since 2009.
