JACOBS MEDIA's TECHSURVEY12 -- which will have its debut at the upcoming WORLDWIDE RADIO SUMMIT 2016 at noon on THURSDAY, APRIL 14th – consists of nearly 40,000 respondents representing well more than 200 radio stations across NORTH AMERICA.

Creating Your Station’s Social Footprint
JACOBS MEDIA Pres. FRED JACOBS, who will present TECHSURVEY12 at WWRS 2016, commented, "It's essential that every radio station build their social brand equity. The place to start is understanding the social places your audience hangs out. In TS12, we've created social footprints by format, and also by studying activity at discreet social sites – like INSTAGRAM."
"Of those with a social profile, more than four in ten use INSTAGRAM. By format, however, there’s a high degree of variance. Fans of Rhythmic Top 40, Top 40, and Alternative are most likely to connect via INSTAGRAM. On the other hand, P1s of News/Talk and Classic Rock/Hits are less likely to be using the site."
