Former Bookkeeper Gets 10 Years Probation For Stealing $183,000 From Tennessee Station

A former bookkeeper at APPALACHIAN EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATION CORP. Contemporary Christian WHCB/BRISTOL-KINGSPORT-JOHNSON CITY, TN has been sentenced to 10 years probation and $400/month restitution for 10 years for embezzling $183,000 from the station.
The BRISTOL HERALD COURIER reports that QUYEN QUILLEN, 41, was given a lighter sentence because she is being treated for cancer. QUILLEN pleaded guilty to two counts of theft, admitting to taking the money between 2009 and 2013.
