Two Class Action Law Firms Probe iHeartMedia For Potential Suits

Two class action law firms have announced that they are investigating possible breaches of fiduciary duty by the board of directors of iHEARTMEDIA, INC.
LEVI AND KORSINSKY is asking interested parties to fill out a form for information and contact with its attorneys here, while PURCELL JULIE AND LEFKOWITZ LLP is doing the same here.
The firms are not specifying what actions they are targeting, but the notices come after iHEARTMEDIA won its suit to block bondholders' notices of default based on its transfer of assets to subsidiary companies like BROADER MEDIA. The probes are similar to many others launched against companies by class action firms and do not always result in suits being filed.
