Real Estate Radio Network Files For Bankruptcy

The SAN DIEGO-based REAL ESTATE RADIO NETWORK has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The service, which offered radio guest placement, coaching, and other radio-related services to real estate representatives for a fee, is headed by CEO RON QUINTERO.
According to the voluntary Chapter 7 petition filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of CALIFORNIA, the company has $18,200 ($18,000 in "machinery and equipment" leased from PANASONIC, $200 in a checking account) in assets and $585,535 in liabilities. Creditors include the IRS, CALIFORNIA Franchise Tax Board, BEASLEY BROADCAST GROUP, iHEARTRADIO, ENTERCOM, CUMULUS, SALEM, KTRS-A/ST. LOUIS, and RED ZEBRA BROADCASTING.
