Westwood One Rebuts Music Biz Study On Millennial Listening With Other Data

In what is shaping up to be a battle of the research studies, WESTWOOD ONE took issue with the recent MUSIC BIZ/LOOP study that found Millennials migrating from AM/FM to streaming (NET NEWS, 7/12) and trotted out three different studies that argued essentially the opposite. Citing "far more credible sources" (NIELSEN, EDISON RESEARCH and the ADVERTISING RESEARCH FOUNDATION), WESTWOOD fact-checked "eight commonly heard assumptions on Millennials."
