RADIO ONE OF BOSTON LICENSES, LLC is selling W231BI/UTICA, NY to BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP, LLC for $400,000.  RADIO ONE recently bought the translator to rebroadcast brokered Chinese WILD-A/BOSTON, but BEASLEY plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Ethnic WRCA-A/WATERTOWN-BOSTON, MA.
