WALT DISNEY CO. shareholders elected all 11 members of the Board of Directors: JOHN BRYSON, JOHN CHEN, JUDITH ESTRIN, ROBERT IGER, STEVEN JOBS, FRED LANGHAMMER, AYLWIN LEWIS, MONICA LOZANO, ROBERT MATSCHULLAT, JOHN PEPPER JR. and ORIN SMITH.
Shareholders also agreed with the board in rejecting shareholder proposals regarding anti-greenmail payments and a stockholder rights plan that would have required the board to adopt a "poison pill" to foil hostile takeovers.
