Robert Flax To Leave EMI Music Publishing

EMI MUSIC PUBLISHING announced today that Vice Chairman ROBERT FLAX will be leaving the company as of MARCH 31.
Chairman/CEO ROGER FAXON said, "BOB has been instrumental over the years in helping to make EMI MUSIC PUBLISHING the great company it is today. He has been an innovative leader, and we are saddened to see him go. We know he will be successful in his future endeavors."
Regarding his decision to leave, FLAX said, "Our mutual respect for each other enabled ROGER FAXON and I to openly discuss my desire to pursue new directions. I'm quite proud of all I've been able to accomplish at EMI, and I am sure that our paths will cross in the future."
