Zomba Welcomes Ken Lucek, Beata Czezhowski; Ups Michael Newman

Veteran promo ace KEN LUCEK has joined the ZOMBA LABEL GROUP as VP/CHR Promotion, West Coast, reporting to EVP/Pop Promotion JOE RICCITELLI. And radio vet BEATA CZEZHOWSKI climbs aboard as Director/Rhythm-Crossover Promotion, West Coast, reporting to VP/Promotion JOHN STRAZZA.
LUCEK previously held national promo posts at CAPITOL and MAVERICK, while CZEZHOWSKI hails from the Co-APD/MD post at CBS RADIO Top 40/Rhythmic WLLD (WiLD 98.7)/TAMPA.
Of LUCEK's appointment, RICCITELLI said, "KEN's experience and West Coast visibility makes him a perfect choice to fill our West Coast pop needs. He is a proven veteran that makes a welcomed addition to the ZOMBA Pop promo staff."
Meanwhile, ZLG ups MICHAEL NEWMAN from Sr. Director to VP of Business and Legal Affairs. He will report directly to Sr. VP DAN ZUCKER.
