SHAMROCK BROADCASTING INC. is selling Gospel WNLA-A and AC WNLA-F/INDIANOLA, MS to DEBUT BROADCASTING INC. for $300,000 cash.
In another filing with the FCC, DEANNA D. SMITH has gone to court to take over her incapacitated father and late mother's DUFFIELD BROADCASTING COMPANY, licensee of silent WDUF-A/DUFFIELD, VA. SMITH says that she was granted the option by her parents to buy the station for $1 if her 2001 loan of $22,500 to her mother and the station was not repaid, which she says it was not, and took the estate and her siblings to court to have an administrator appointed for the estate and order one of her father's Powers of Attorney used to sign off on the deal.
And COMMUNITY PUBLIC RADIO INC. is selling the construction permit for W238AW/WEST VIEW, SC to TOWER ABOVE MEDIA LLC for $2,500.
