The other shoe drops in the purchase of twelve CLEAR CHANNEL spinoffs in MINNESOTA and IOWA by THREE EAGLES COMMUNICATIONS, as the WATERLOO COURIER reports that THREE EAGLES will in turn sell Adult Standards KCHA-A (FABULOUS 1580), AC KCHA-F (THE RIVER), Country KCZE (95.1 THE BULL), Talk KGLO-A, Country KIAI, Classic Rock KLKK (103.7 THE FOX), and Top 40 KSMA (98.7 KISS FM)/MASON CITY to COLOFF MEDIA for an undisclosed price. COLOFF presently owns five other IOWA stations.

STOCKTON CHRISTIAN LIFE COLLEGE, INC. is selling the construction permit for a new noncommercial FM station in GRAND ISLAND, NE to EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. (WORLD RADIO LINK/RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY) for $45,000. The new station will be a 2,000 watt signal at 148 feet on 91.5 FM.
