NAB Website Wins Award

The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BROADCASTERS' Web site has been named an official honoree by the INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY OF DIGITAL ARTS AND SCIENCES, which recognizes Web sites each year with THE WEBBY AWARDS. THE WEBBY AWARDS are the leading international honor for the Web, recognizing work exhibiting remarkable achievement on the Internet.
"THE WEBBY AWARDS honors the outstanding work that is setting the standards for the Internet," said WEBBY Executive Director DAVID-MICHEL DAVIES. "NAB's Official Honoree selection is a testament to the skill, ingenuity, and vision of its creators."
"Last SEPTEMBER, following more than a year of intense work from NAB staff, we unveiled a redesigned Web site featuring improved graphics, a robust search engine and personalization software," said NAB Pres./CEO DAVID K. REHR. "Today's announcement recognizes the hard work from numerous NAB employees, past and present, and reflects NAB's reputation as an organization on the forefront of technology."
