BONNEVILLE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is selling KOIT-A/SAN FRANCISCO to IMMACULATE HEART RADIO's IHR EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING for $14 million. The station was not included in the sale of BONNEVILLE's SAN FRANCISCO cluster to ENTERCOM; IHR owns several stations in CALIFORNIA and NEW MEXICO.
In other deals filed at the FCC:
* BRUNDAGE MOUNTAIN AIR INC. is selling AC KMCL-F (MOUNTAIN AIR 101)/MCCALL, ID to FM IDAHO CO. LLC for $900,000. The parties originally inked a deal to transfer the station in 2005, but the station is now awaiting FCC approval for an upgrade, moving from a class C1 at MCCALL to a full class C at PARMA, ID (into the BOISE market). The seller is holding onto simulcast KMCL-A.
* CHARLES RIVER BROADCASTING files the paperwork to sell AC WOCN-F (OCEAN 104)/ORLEANS (CAPE COD), MA and Classical WFCC/CHATHAM (CAPE COD), MA to SANDAB COMMUNICATIONS' CAPE COD BROADCASTING LICENSE II LLC for $7.5 million. The deal was originally announced, sans purchase price, in JANUARY.
* PEARSALL RADIOWORKS LTD. refiles the paperwork to transfer Silent KVWG-F/DILLEY to UNIVISION in a like-kind swap for Adult Standards KAHL-A (formerly KXTN-A)/SAN ANTONIO. The deal was originally reached in 2005 and the paperwork reflects UNIVISION's recent move to go private. KVWG went silent a year ago and is being transferred as part of UNIVISION's plan to upgrade Spanish Oldies KCOR-F (RECUERDO)/COMFORT-SAN ANTONIO.
* BLU MEDIA, LLC is selling Chill KLBU (BLU 102)/PECOS, NM and its booster in SANTA FE to HUTTON BROADCASTING for $450,000. HUTTON owns KQBA/LOS ALAMOS and KVSF-A/SANTA FE and last week announced that it is buying Variety KWRP (INDIE 101.5)/PECOS-SANTA FE for $700,000.
