C.R. COMMUNICATIONS, INC. sells Oldies KTNC-A/FALLS CITY, NE (extreme southeastern NEBRASKA, south of OMAHA and northeast of ST. JOSEPH, MO) to KNZA INC. for $330,000 cash.
In other deals filed with the FCC, A. WRAY FITCH III's JACKMAN HOLDING COMPANY, LLC sells the construction permit for a new FM in WADLEY, GA (south of AUGUSTA) to RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. for $49,000 cash. The buyer owns several noncommercial stations in FLORIDA, GEORGIA, ALABAMA, the CAROLINAS, and MISSOURI.
And PHILIP WEINBERG is selling two FM translator construction permits -- K246BK/MOAPA, NV (along I-15 between LAS VEGAS and MESQUITE) and K284BE/DOLAN SPRINGS, AZ (north of KINGMAN) -- to MORGAN SKINNER's MORNINGSTAR MEDIA COMPANY, LLC for $3,000 ($1,500 each).
