Nassau To Carry Entercom's WEEI Sports Radio

NASSAU BROADCASTING has inked a deal to carry ENTERCOM BOSTON’s WEEI Sports Radio on 11 of its stations. NASSAU and ENTERCOM have also signed a letter of intent to form a joint venture to own and operate NASSAU’s Classical WCRB-FM/Boston.
WEEI Sports Radio, the nation’s leading Sports Talk radio station, will now be heard on NASSAU stations in PORTLAND, ME; CAPE COD, MA; LEBANON-RUTLAND-WHITE RIVER JUNCTION, NH-VT; CONCORD (LAKES REGIONS), NH; and MONTPELIER-BARRE-ST. JOHNSBURY, VT.
Also, ENTERCOM will make a cash investment and own approximately 50% of WCRB-FM. They will maintain the station’s 60-year heritage Classical Music format.
