KPFK/L.A. GM Georgia To Exit

PACIFICA noncommercial KPFK/LOS ANGELES GM EVA GEORGIA is exiting the station in the wake of a staff revolt that saw 18 hosts and support personnel petition PACIFICA for a change in management.
GEORGIA, whose tenure was marked by allegations of sexual harassment and racial discrimination, started at KPFK in 2002 and will leave effective OCTOBER 31st; she had the support of PACIFICA's national board, but is resigning with two pending lawsuits over the harassment and discrimination allegations.
