Another pair of Haitian pirate FM stations were raided in SOUTH FLORIDA. The illegal stations, located in DELRAY BEACH and BOYNTON BEACH, were taken down by the PALM BEACH COUNTY Sheriff's Office and the FCC. The DELRAY station was interfering with the southern reaches of the signal of VERO BEACH BROADCASTERS Adult Hits WJKD (99.7 JACK FM)/VERO BEACH.
FLORIDA law classifies operating a pirate station as a third degree felony.
