Nielsen Launches SpotScan

THE NIELSEN CO. has unveiled a new spot-monitoring service that provides tracking of ads by market, by advertiser, and by radio station. NIELSEN SPOTSCAN wil initially include ad spending data for the top-30 markets. BDSRADIO GM CATRIONA MCGINN adds GM duties for SPOTSCAN.
