Syndicated auto racing feature "AMERICAN RACING TODAY" host and longtime radio/TV/print racing expert STEVE "THE CAR NUT" PARKER is heading to JAPAN next week to cover the TOKYO MOTOR SHOW, which is just the first stop on a six-week tour as PARKER hits the opening of this season's auto show circuit. The TOKYO jaunt will be followed by the SEMA show in LAS VEGAS and the LOS ANGELES auto show.
"This will be the 40th iteration of the TOKYO SHOW," said PARKER, "and we’ve been to about the previous 10 shows. Every year it gets more interesting and exciting, and also, somehow, larger. While highly-anticipated high-performance cars like the all-new NISSAN Skyline GT-R, which will be sold in the USA as an INFINITI model, are slated to be introduced, we’re definitely looking forward to seeing the latest in hybrids and alternative fuel vehicles, looking to see where JAPAN's industry is headed in those areas."
PARKER's feature, which he calls "one of the few shows about NASCAR not owned by NASCAR," airs on over 50 stations. Check it out at steveparker.com.
