Radio Music License Committee To Relocate To Nashville, Velez Named To Head Group

The RADIO MUSIC LICENSE COMMITTEE (RMLC), a non-profit group that represents the majority of the nation's radio stations in negotiations with organizations such as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and others, announced that it is moving to NASHVILLE from NEW YORK CITY. Concurrently the group announced that industry veteran WILLIAM VELEZ has joined as Executive Director. VELEZ has worked at ASCAP, BMI and SESAC during his career, most recently Pres/COO at SESAC.
