Carol Miller Stalker Gets a Light Rap

There's the "CRAZY CABBIE" from HOWARD STERN's show, and then there's the happy-go-lucky kook who got off easy for stalking Classic Rock WAXQ (Q104)/NEW YORK air personality CAROL MILLER. The NEW YORK POST reports that MANHATTAN Criminal Court jury found MANOJ SONEE guilty of a single misdemeanor count of stalking, after he sent MILLER 23 delusional e-mails in AUGUST and SEPTEMBER.
The hack believed MILLER had proposed marriage to him over the airwaves; he readily accepted, told her to hold the ceremony on-air and discussed shopping for rings at TIFFANY. Now known was how a cabbie would be able to afford rings at TIFFANY. Maybe he was willing to pay $1,000 for the first carat and $25 for every quarter-carat beyond that.
Apparently because of his polite demeanor, SONEE was acquitted of more serious aggravated harassment charges.
