UTV Sole Remaining Bidder For FM104/Dublin

UTV is apparently the last party standing in talks to buy COMMUNICORP Top 40/Rock FM104/DUBLIN. Reports from IRELAND indicate that the deal will be for about 50 million euros and other bidders have dropped out.
COMMUNICORP is spinning off FM104, which it is acquiring from EMAP, to comply with regulatory requirements so that it can take over MOR/Country/Full Service HIGHLAND RADIO/DONEGAL and national Top 40 100-102 TODAY FM.
