Challenger Picked For 'Iron Chef Tucson'

A local chef has won a listener vote to be the challenger in this year's IRON CHEF TUCSON competition held by JOURNAL BROADCAST GROUP Talk KQTH (104.1 FM THE TRUTH), Rhythmic Oldies KGMG (MEGA OLDIES 106.3 AND 104.9 FM), and AC KMXZ (94.9 MIX FM)/TUCSON. METRO RESTAURANTS chef MICHAEL C. BROWN will take on the defending IRON CHEF TUCSON, ACACIA AT ST. PHILIPS chef ALBERT HALL, at the event JANUARY 20th at DESERT DIAMOND CASINO.
A portion of ticket sales will benefit CAFE 54, which trains people with mental illnesses to work in the restaurant industry.
