WMUU, INC. sells Religion daytimer WMUU-A/GREENVILLE, SC to COMUNIDAD CRISTIANA INTERNACIONAL -- ASAMBLEAS DE DIOS, INC. for $550,000 ($120,000 in a promissory note).
In other deals filed with the FCC, SHAWN NEATHERY MARHEFKA's OZARK RADIO NETWORK, INC. is selling Talk KALM-A/THAYER. MO and Country KAMS (K-KOUNTRY 95)/MAMMOTH SPRING, AR to ROBERT C. ECKMAN's E-COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $830,000. ECKMAN will sell his 15% interest in CENTRAL OZARK RADIO NETWORK, INC., licensee of Country KKDY/WEST PLAINS, MO and AC KUPH (THE FOX 96.9)/MOUNTAIN VIEW, MO before closing on KALM and LAMS.
MINISTERIOS TOCANDO CORAZONES is transferring the license of low power KLNA-LP/PITTSBURG, TX to HISPANIC MEDIA GROUP, INC. with no terms disclosed.
And HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is selling FM translator K233BY/DA:HART, TX to GEORGE CHAMBERS for $20,000. CHAMBERS is the sole owner of RADIO DALHART, owner of Classic Country KXIT-A/DALHART, which will be rebroadcast by the translator.
