Music 1 Releases Version 6

MUSIC 1 CEO STEVE WARREN announced TODAY (1/17) the release of the next evolution of the company’s music scheduling software. MUSIC 1 Version 6 includes its own built-in audio player function. In addition to allowing a music director to click and hear any song in the library at any time, the new MUSIC 1 can also play the hooks of the songs.
WARREN said, "And the really cool thing is M1’s ability to 'play the hooks.' You’ve got the option to click and hear the full song or click and hear just the hook of the song. You can go to any point in a completed schedule, click a button and MUSIC 1 will play hook #1, hook #2, hook #3 and keep rolling until you to tell it to stop. So, at the click the button the Music Director could pick a starting point in the schedule and hear, in a flash, exactly what the flow of tunes is going to sound like on the air. I’ve been playing with the beta versions for the past several months and this function just blows me away. My code-writing partner NEIL CAMPBELL has done a remarkable job with this function."
