Cohen Buys Out Partners In KFNN/Phoenix

RONALD E. COHEN is buying MICHAEL RAGINS' 40% interest and DAVID LLOYD's 35% interest in CRC BROADCASTING CO., licensee of Business KFNN-A/PHOENIX. RAGINS will get $1.3 million and LLOYD will get $1,137,500 for their shares; COHEN will end up with 100% of the shares in the company.
In other deals filed with the FCC, SHELBY JEAN TRENT is selling 51% of CHEROKEE BROADCASTING, licensee of Top 40 WBGQ/BULLS GAP, TN, to her brother CLARK QUILLEN, who will end up with 100% of the company, for consideration of one dollar; and the ESTATE OF LOIS CASEY-MOUM is donating the license of noncommercial WWIO-A/ST. MARYS, GA to LIGHTHOUSE CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING. CASEY-MOUM's estate had previously conveyed the station's real estate to LIGHTHOUSE. The station has been simulcasting GEORGIA PUBLIC RADIO News-Classical WWIO-F/BRUNSWICK, GA.
