AR LPFM Changes Hands; NE CP Deal Closes

RICH MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE is transferring the license for LPFM KRMN/MENA, AR to MENA PUBLIC SCHOOL BOARD for no consideration. The seller tells the FCC that it wishes to divest the LPFM in order to pursue a full-power license.
Nebraska CP Deal Closes
JAY VAVRICEK's LEGACY COMMUNICATIONS has closed on the purchase of the construction permits for two FMs serving SCOTTSBLUFF, NE from CHRIS DEVINE's COLLEGE CREEK BROADCASTING for $200,000. LEGACY gets KHYY/MINITARE, NE, a class C2 at 106.9 FM, and KETT/MITCHELL, NE, also a class C2 at 99.3 FM, in the deal.
MEDIA SERVICES GROUP's JODY MCCOY served as exclusive broker and represented COLLEGE CREEK in the deal.
