Online radio syndicator THERADIO.COM LLC has changed its name to AMERICAN MEDIA SERVICES INTERACTIVE LLC as a way to better reflect the company’s wide range of products and services in the digital media space.
"Web 2.0 is about interactivity and a high-touch personal content experience," stated AMERICAN MEDIA SERVICES Pres./CEO FRANK MCCOY. "We ‘get’ that and wanted our overarching brand to reflect that fact, as well."
"The new name better reflects the scope of what we can provide to our customers and listeners," added AMSI Dir./Sales and New Business ANDY WHATLEY. "Our mission is to empower traditional media publishers -- radio, newspaper, magazines, churches, corporate -- to add and enhance online media distribution of their content within their existing media outlets."
