The former GM of CUMULUS Talk KGVL-A and Country KIKT (93.5 KICK FM)/GREENVILLE, TX has been charged with felony theft for allegedly stealing a check a local businessman gave him to buy jukeboxes.
The GREENVILLE HERALD BANNER reports that CHARLES JOSLIN had previously been investigated for the disappearance of checks intended to be given to the UNITED WAY; the present charge is unrelated and arose from local businessman JACK FINNEY's claim that he gave JOSLIN a check to buy three jukeboxes from a woman in KANSAS CITY and never received the goods.
JOSLIN was arrested FRIDAY for the jukebox check theft and an outstanding theft warrant from WACO, and is free on two $10,000 bonds.
