BMG Taps Neil Levine To Form Battery Records

NEIL LEVINE has been appointed SVP/GM of newly formed BMG LABEL GROUP imprint, BATTERY RECORDS. BATTERY will be distributed through SONY BMG-owned RED MARKETING GROUP. LEVINE and BATTERY RECORDS label operations will be based in the RED offices in NEW YORK. He will report to BMG COO IVAN GAVIN and work closely with ZOMBA EVP TOM CARRABBA and RMG EVP/GM TOM CORSON.
NEIL states, "I'm thrilled to be re-united with IVAN GAVIN and to work with BARRY WEISS, the best record man in the business. I'm also excited to be part of a winning team with TOM CARRABBA and TOM CORSON."
