BROADCAST ELECTRONICS will demonstrate a new workflow-friendly studio platform and a feature-rich FM exciter at the upcoming IBC conference in AMSTERDAM. BE will present the company’s new AUDIOVAULT X digital audio system, which uses the latest open automation model to bring advanced segue editing, interactive talent collaboration and sophisticated asset management to the studio.
"Radio broadcasters are telling us that they want to do more -- more programs, more localization, more of radio in general," BE VP/Studio Systems RAY MIKLIUS said. "But, at the same time, they have fewer studios and even fewer people in those studios. The new AudioVAULT X platform is designed to fill that gap,"
Also debuting is the FXi 60/250esp digital FM exciter, which is based on BE’s proven direct-to-channel method of carrier modulation and utilizes BE’s exclusive ESP pre-correction technology for unsurpassed FM analog group delay correction and optimum output power. It offers on-the-fly switchover to backup operation and is the only FM exciter to include a built-in spectrum analyzer comparable to instrument-grade analyzers.
