Translator/HD2 Simulcast Keeps 'Touch' On FM In Harrisburg

CUMULUS is using an unusual method to put the Urban AC format of WTCY-A/HARRISBURG, PA on an FM translator even after WTCY changed its format: It moved WTCY's format to the HD2 channel of sister Hot AC WNNK (WINK 104) and has the translator, W237DE, rebroadcasting the HD2 stream as "THE TOUCH 95.3." 

The AM side has since flipped to Sports as WHGB (ESPN 1400).
