Power 96 Raises Money For Radio Lollipop In Miami

BEASLEY Top 40/Rhythmic WPOW (POWER 96)/MIAMI has wrapped up its 36-hour maration to benefit RADIO LOLLIPOP, MIAMI CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL's in-house radio station. RADIO LOLLIPOP is designed to stimulate the minds and raise the spirits of the young patients at MIAMI CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL.
This year, POWER 96's DJ LAZ of the DJ LAZ MORNING SHOW stayed on air 36 hours on behalf of RADIO LOLLIPOP. In 2007, POWER 96 raised over $50,000 and set out in 2008 to double that number. When the marathon finished, POWER 96 had raised $180,000 and brought in over $50,000 worth of toys.
