ENTRAVISION COMMUNICATIONS is converting several of its radio stations to its "JOSÉ" format, a mix of Spanish-language AC hits from the 1970s to the present. In total, there are now 18 ENTRAVISION stations airing JOSÉ, including the following stations that are currently changing from ENTRAVISION’s "SUPER ESTRELLA" format:
KJMN/DENVER, KXSE/SACRAMENTO, KRRN/LAS VEGAS, KSEH/EL CENTRO-YUMA, KSES/SALINAS, KLOB/PALM SPRINGS and KTSE/MODESTO.
"We are having tremendous success with JOSÉ, and this initiative is aimed at bringing this popular format to a greater audience," said ENTRAVISION Radio Division Pres. JEFFERY LIBERMAN. "We broke new ground when we launched JOSÉ, and our team has done a great job developing JOSÉ into a compelling format that transcends geographies and stays fresh and relevant to today’s Hispanic listeners. We are confident that JOSÉ will be a welcome addition to these new markets."
